Admission Procedure

To begin the admission process, parents are requested to fill out the application form available through the links below and submit it at the school office. Once the application is received, both parents will be invited for a counselling session with the Correspondent on a scheduled day.

The counselling session helps parents gain a clear understanding of the Montessori philosophy and the learning practices followed at Pragnya Montessori School. After the session, parents are encouraged to observe the prepared environments before making a final decision. Admission is confirmed once the applicable fee is paid to reserve or secure a place for the child, depending on age and availability.

Admission Policy

Admission to Pragnya Montessori School is guided by the following principles:

  • Suitability of the child for the Montessori environment, as assessed by the Correspondent

  • Parents’ willingness to commit to completing the full three-year Montessori cycle

  • Preference for siblings of:

    • Current students

    • Former students who completed the three-year cycle

  • Maintenance of age and gender balance as per the waiting list order

  • Acceptance and understanding of Montessori philosophy by parents

  • Willingness of parents to actively support the school’s educational approach

Admissions are offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

  • Parents are welcome to visit or observe their child at school with prior permission.

A Note to Parents

Montessori education is fundamentally different from the traditional system. We kindly request parents not to compare their child with others of the same age. Each child grows at their own pace. With trust, cooperation, and shared understanding between school and family, your child will experience complete and unhindered development—academically, emotionally, socially, and morally.
